Please join us on June 26th for a Bay Area LLC convening, "Coaching in the Nonprofit Sector: Update and Facilitated Dialogue." Coaching has recently become a highly relevant tool for leadership development in the nonprofit sector and is moving front and center in conversations around funding strategies for leadership and organizational effectiveness.

In this session, Michelle Gislason of CompassPoint will provide a brief overview of the Coaching and Philanthropy Project (CAP), a two-year initiative to help nonprofits and funders become conscious consumers of coaching as a means for leadership development and organizational effectiveness. She will also share questions and resources that have surfaced from the Leadership Coaching Learning Circle (a pilot funded by LLC's Community Seed Fund). This session is geared towards anyone who utilizes coaching in their leadership work and/or has questions or insights regarding how coaches can best serve the needs of nonprofit leaders.

Please RSVP to bella@leadershiplearning.org if you plan to participate.

We will be convening:

When: Tuesday, June 26th from 11:30AM-2:30PM

Where: The California Endowment

101 Second Street, 24th Floor

San Francisco

Lunch will be provided, so please let us know if you will be joining us for this rich learning opportunity.

Warm wishes,

The LLC Team

Deborah, Bella, Elissa and Claire
