Building Successful Communities of Learning and Practice

 The Leadership Learning Community has embarked on an intentional process to elicit our collective and individual reflections on learning communities, how they form, how (and if) they close, who participates, what has contributed to successes and what have been challenges.

On March 14th and 15th a group of learning community convenors gathered in Oakland to begin exploring these questions. This Wiki site was built during those two days. As we continue to do this work and further the questions raised by the learning lab, we will continue to build this site on learning communities.
