• Need shared overarching vision and passion
• Start where people are and opening up to something larger rather than staying the details of the problem.
• Holding tension between big pictures and step by step
• Collectively move from whole to part, macro/micro
• Moved from linear to spiral process of addressing a problem/challenge
• Expose ourselves to worlds we don't want to see
• Move from self-interest to collective intent
