As you reflect on the purpose and objectives of learning communities, what in your group learning experience has worked or not worked?

Group Three

Deltas or questions:

How to move beyond the annual meeting, face-to-face time into functioning as a group that is working toward a goal. The Creation of core commitment/group beyond one time a year.

Comparing different styles/circles

Georgraphic challenges

Learning occurs from the reflection upon the learning, and there isn't time for that.

How do you spark a conversation, maintain it? Is it online?

People attend based on topic, availability, balance depth and breathe, inclusion/outreach and commitment.

People return for relationsihps.

A core committed to including others.

Resources/coordination.

What is goal? Why?

Everyone contributes

Evaluation LC is a model, they've even written/published a book

Having a goal? A clear why.

Going beyond fixing a problem to also meaning-making.

There is value for each person.

Regular conference calls have worked better than email.
