Virtual Inquiry Exercise

You can contribute to our learning and collective preparation for the event right now (even if you will be unable to attend this time...please participate). We would like you to set aside 15 minutes to share you initial thoughts to these three questions.

Send your responses to Bella Celnik via email and we will synthesize your response(s) for our meeting. We would like all responses no later than February 16th, but if you do it right now it will be one less thing on your to do list! We want this to be an interesting opportunity to reflect and not a chore.

Questions:

1. What are the 2-3 most important leadership competencies you are trying to nurture/cultivate in participants?
2. What are the results of your leadership work that you are evaluating and trying to learn about?
3. When you talk with your partner or a trusted friend about those things in your work that frustrate, disappoint or cause you to have doubts, do you notice any recurring themes?
