Objectives

• To create space for the oppportunity to reflect, surface lessons learned
• To effect change on either its members, the group, the community or the world.
• To share knowledge, experiences, challenges, successes and failures to come to a shared understanding and increase common knowledge
• To build connections with each other
• To find our own power to come up with solutions and best practices that we need
• To clarify our role in social change and social justice
• To explore strategic applications of the learning to specific challenges
• To bring forward a collective intelligence that transforms our learning and generates more complete solutions
• To increase the credibility and value of our learning to influence decisionmakers, fields of practice
• To take responsibility to fully participate (not hold back) to find the best solution
• To create space for experimentation, adventure and risk-taking
• To create a learning environment that is receptive to incorporating diverse perspectives, practices, experiences
• To be able to live with the chaos and believe that some order will emerge
• To enhance learning that is crafted through cultural exchanges
