Group Three

How would you articulate the objectives of a LC? Individuals previously answered on paper:

Create a space/place for commuication and knowledgge/ experience sharing that creates change at the individual, community or global level.

To provide engagement, challenge, and support to the members to facilitate learning, sharing of learning, thus create knowledge. It is about transformational as well as informational learning.

Create an organic process that you breathe deeper, and then breakthe out. (Reflective)

To support leadership learening in its many forms.

To promote deliberate and purposeful exploration of imagination, that moves toward meaning making, and intent.

Building shared purpose, relationship building, collective vision.

To create a safe env. that cultivates relationships generousity and openness.

To dev. methods that honor multiple styles of learning and collective wisdom

To generate learning and knowledge that will transform the individual and collective work of participants.

The discussion was deep, and virtually impossible to capture, however we did write down four things for posting on the purple wall:

Deliberate and purposeful exploration of meaning making.

Building shared purpose through fostering relationships and community building.

Supporting wholeness of individuals, families and commuities.
