• Share diverse experiences, knowledge
• Bringing ideas and experiences, generating different approaches strategies, and ideas, then sharing with a larger community
• Sharing strengthens individual programs
• Sharing lays the groundwork and cultivates the soil for cooperation, shared viewpoints, and collaboration toward transformation.
• Building community and positive realationships.
• Create a culture of learning that embraces openness and acceptance with room for dissagreement and conflict that furthers evolution toward transformation.
